Managing Research Projects

This training will provide practical knowledge on planning and managing research projects based on the PM虏 methodology, developed by the European Commission. Participants will gain skills in team management, resource allocation, risk assessment, and project execution within international and interdisciplinary contexts.
Time Management for Researchers

Participants will explore methods and tools for task planning, time management, and improving productivity in daily work. The training will also cover task prioritization, dealing with 鈥榯ime thieves鈥�, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
