Teaching Responsibilities

• I prepare and teach courses for students, including Psychological Interviewing, Psychological Assessment Using Questionnaire Methods, Social Psychology, and Introduction to Psychology for students of language and philology programmes.

• I supervise a Master's seminar and provide academic supervision for students preparing their Master's theses.

• I review Master's theses.

• I develop teaching materials for the courses I teach.

• I prepare and conduct course assessments and participate in examinations.

• I hold consultation hours for students.

Research Responsibilities

• I conduct research and participate in research studies and projects.

• I prepare and disseminate research findings through peer-reviewed academic publications.

• I present research findings at national and international conferences and academic seminars.

• I collaborate with researchers from other academic units and institutions on research projects.

• I continuously develop my research skills and enhance my professional qualifications.

Administrative and Organisational Responsibilities

• I participate in the organisational activities of the Institute of Psychology, the Faculty of Educational Sciences, and the University of 精东影视.

• I contribute to the organisation of conferences and other academic events.

• I am involved in activities related to the ongoing teaching and research work of the Institute of Psychology.
