• Biographical research and oral history 鈥� biographical interviews and oral accounts as sources for understanding lived experiences of social change; connections between personal recollections, collective memory and local history.

• Everyday life and rituals 鈥� how customs, shared gatherings and recurring practices sustain social ties, transmit memory and express collective identities.

• Cultural landscapes and place-based memory 鈥� meanings attached to buildings, meeting places and shared spaces, and their role in preserving local memory and shaping attachments to place.

• Contemporary religion and spirituality 鈥� with a particular focus on new forms of pastoral ministry in the Catholic Church: religious practices, forms of participation and community formation, and their connections with everyday life.
