I combine a background in psychology and professional training with extensive management experience in the IT industry, allowing me to approach competency development from both a people and an organizational perspective.

I deliver training sessions, workshops, and consultations, helping employees become more comfortable with new technologies, develop their skills, and make conscious and effective use of digital and AI tools.
