The Director of the Centre for Court Expertise and Market Analysis (CeSAR) is responsible for organising, coordinating, and developing the Centre鈥檚 activities. The Centre鈥檚 mission is to bridge the University鈥檚 academic and expert knowledge with the needs of the judiciary, businesses, and other external institutions.

The Director鈥檚 key responsibilities include, in particular:

• managing the Centre鈥檚 day-to-day operations and coordinating the projects and expert assignments carried out by the Centre;

• representing the Centre in its relations with courts, public prosecutors鈥� offices, law firms, businesses, public institutions, and other external entities;

• receiving and assessing requests for expert opinions, expert reports, economic and market analyses, and other specialised studies.
