author of many articles in scientific and popular journals on ecohydrology, adaptation to climate change, assessment of water quality, problems related to eutrophication, cyanobacteria and cyanotoxins, and the use of biotechnology (including nature based solution) to improve the water quality and adaptation to climate change

Member of the Polish Committee of the UNESCO Hydrological Program in 2019-2022;

Member of the Polish Hydrological Society;

sport, photography, economy;

in 2006, awarded the prize of the Mayor of the City of 艁贸d藕 for the co-author of a series of publications on the formulation and application of the Ecohydrology concept to improve water quality;

in 2018, awarded the European Commission's "Best of the best" award for the best environmental project of the LIFE program, among all projects completed in 2016 and 2017;
