• Culture, literature, and history of Eastern Slavs in the Middle Ages (10th鈥�16th centuries) 鈥� with particular emphasis on Novgorod the Great.
• The influence of Byzantine civilization on the culture of the Slavia Orthodoxa region.
• Spiritual culture and literary heritage of Orthodox Slavs in the Balkans (Bulgarians and Serbs) during the Middle Ages and their connections with Eastern Europe.
• Medieval Church Slavonic texts and Cyrillic manuscripts.
• History of women in medieval Eastern Europe 鈥� with particular emphasis on female rulers and writers.

• Grant of the Ministry of Education and Science (NPRH, National Program for the Development of Humanities, Uniwersalia 2.2), entitled In the shadow of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth or the Russian imperial myth? The Kyivan Synopsis 鈥� a monument of the Ukrainian language and historiography of Eastern Europe from the 17th century. Edition, Polish translation and scholarly study, carried out at the Department of Slavic Philology at the Faculty of Philology, University of 精东影视, by a team led by Prof. Halyna Naienko (2023鈥�2027) [Co-Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (OPUS 24), entitled Hamartolus Re-discovered. The Byzantine Chronicle of George the Monk from the 9th Century in the Light of Previously Unpublished Greek and Church Slavic Manuscripts, carried out in the Ceraneum Centre by a team led by Prof. Miros艂aw Leszka in collaboration with the University of Bia艂ystok (2023鈥�2027) [Co-Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (BEETHOVEN CLASSIC 4), entitled Orthodox Slavic Linguistic Varieties at the Threshold of Modernity: Continuity and Innovation. A Mixed-Methods Approach, carried out at the Department of Slavic Philology at the Faculty of Philology, University of 精东影视, in cooperation with the investigators from the Department of Slavic Studies at the University of Freiburg, Germany. The leader of the Polish part of the project is Prof. Ivan N. Petrov from the Department of Slavic Philology (University of 精东影视), and the leader of the German part of the project is Prof. Achim Rabus from the University of Freiburg (2022鈥�2025) [Co-Investigator].
• Grant of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (NPRH, National Program for the Development of Humanities, Universalia 2.1), entitled Translation into Russian language and publication in 鈥淎letheia鈥� Scientific Publishing House, as a part of the series 鈥炐捫感沸靶窖傂感寡佇盒把� 斜懈斜谢懈芯褌械泻邪鈥�, a monograph by Zofia A. Brzozowska 鈥濻ofia 鈥� upersonifikowana M膮dro艣膰 Bo偶a. Dzieje wyobra偶e艅 w kr臋gu kultury bizanty艅sko-s艂owia艅skiej鈥�, carried out in the Ceraneum Centre (2020鈥�2024) [Principal Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (HARMONIA 9), entitled Orthodox Slavic Polemical Writings in the Middle Ages, carried out at the Department of Slavic Philology at the Faculty of Philology, University of 精东影视 by a team led by Prof. Georgi Minczew. The project will be implemented in cooperation with foreign partners from universities and academic institutions of Bulgaria, Denmark and Italy on the formal rights of project co-contractors (2018鈥�2023) [Co-Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (OPUS 12), entitled Muhammad and the Origin of Islam 鈥� Stereotypes, Knowledge and Notions in the Byzantine-Russian Culture, carried out in the Ceraneum Centre by a team led by Zofia Brzozowska (2017鈥�2021) [Principal Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (HARMONIA 8), entitled Dualist Heresies in the History of South-East Europe (9th-15th century), carried out by a team of Ceraneum workers and members led by Prof. Georgi Minczew in collaborationwith the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in Sofia and Ca鈥� Foscari University of Venice (2017鈥�2021) [Co-Investigator].
• Grant of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (NPRH, National Program for the Development of Humanities, Uniwersalia 2.2), entitled The Novgorod First Chronicle 鈥� Polish Translation and Scientific Account of the Oldest Chronicle of Novgorod the Great, carried out in the Ceraneum Centre by a team led by Zofia Brzozowska, in collaborationwith the IT Department at the Faculty of Physics and Applied Informatics, University of 艁贸d藕 (2017鈥�2019) [Principal Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (HARMONIA 6), entitled The Bulgarian State in 927鈥�969. The Epoch of Tsar Peter I the Pious, carried out in the Ceraneum Centre by a team led by Prof. Miros艂aw Leszka in collaborationwith the University ofSofia (Bulgaria) (2015鈥�2018) [Co-Investigator].
• Grant of the National Science Centre (PRELUDIUM 2), entitled Sophia 鈥� Wisdom of God personified. History of perceptions in the Byzantine-Slavic culture, carried out by Zofia Brzozowska in the Department of Byzantine History at the Faculty of Philosophy and History, University of 艁贸d藕 (2012鈥�2015) [individual project].
