She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of 艁贸d藕 with a degree in Finance and Banking, specialising in Insurance. She completed postgraduate Managerial and Financial Studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She also deepened her knowledge of the pension market through studies at the University of Warsaw.
Aneta Szporak is the Head of the Global Delivery Center, Cloud and Infrastructure at Capgemini, where she leads the development of an organization delivering advanced technology services to clients across Europe and global markets.
With over 20 years of experience in international business environments, she has held both operational and strategic leadership roles. Her professional background includes the establishment and management of a business services center in Amsterdam, as well as responsibility for global transformation and operations functions within the insurance sector.
Combining experience gained in both corporate and professional services environments, she brings extensive expertise in organizational growth, change management, operational excellence, and talent development. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multicultural teams and transformation initiatives, supporting organizations in navigating complex business and technology challenges.
