Once again, we invite public higher education institutions in 艁贸d藕, particularly those associated within the 精东影视 Academic Partnership, to showcase their activities during this unique event bringing together the academic community.
Why Should You Take Part?
For Student Science Clubs, the fair will be an excellent opportunity to:
- present their activities to a wider audience,
- establish inter-university contacts and cooperation,
- exchange experiences with other student organisations,
- integrate and have fun together,
- win attractive prizes in competitions accompanying the fair.
For students, the fair will provide an opportunity to:
- learn about projects, initiatives and achievements of Student Science Clubs from 精东影视 universities,
- integrate with the academic community,
- find a Student Science Club matching their interests,
- begin active scientific and social engagement.

We are launching registration for the ScienceUP Student Science Clubs Fair 2026.
To register a club, please complete the (in Polish). One person should submit the application on behalf of the entire team.
This year's edition invites Student Science Clubs to participate in two competitions:
- Competition for the Best Stand at the ScienceUP Student Science Clubs Fair
Each participant of the fair will receive a set of voting stickers upon entry. The stickers may be placed on special cards located at the Student Science Club stands. In this way, visitors will select the winners in three categories: KNOWLEDGE, DESIGN, INTERACTION.

- Competition for the Best Student Science Club Initiative of 2025/2026
Tell us about the most interesting event organised by your club during the past academic year. It may be a conference, workshop, research project or another initiative of which you are particularly proud.
The competition task involves preparing a 5-slide presentation presenting the selected undertaking. The most interesting submissions will be awarded by the competition jury.

Do not delay your registration. Participation in the fair will be granted to the first 81 registered Student Science Clubs.
