The screening will take place on 20 October, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., at Matejki 32/38.
Who Can Benefit?
The screening is intended for women aged 45-74 who have not had a mammogram covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) within the last 24 months.
We encourage members of the Uni精东影视 community to take part, but we also encourage everyone to share this information with their loved ones. A mother, sister, wife, partner or friend 鈥 sometimes a single reminder is enough for someone to decide to have a check-up.
Registration
Advance registration is required. Appointments can be booked via:
- phone: +48 42 254 64 17
A PESEL number and telephone number will be required to complete the registration process.
Everyone who undergoes a mammogram on that day will also receive a cosmetic gift.
As part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our community, we are once again working with Salve Medica to make preventive healthcare more accessible. If you are eligible for the screening, sign up today. If not, please help us spread the word.
